I don't get the #25 thing. Why was the photo lost?
So Walter's department stored the neg roll and one image gets lost? How? I thought they just received it that day? Sorry, just don't get it, please explain. :-)

I think the OP deserves a little ridicule. If not for the question itself, for the decision to post the question without due diligence (meaning - watch again).
You would have to go way out of your way to miss - spoilers follow.
1. We see it is missing early on. We see Sean's gift. It was not on the roll as delivered. Admittedly, it remains a mystery through most of the film.
2. Its mentioned by Walter's assissant that 'he looked everywhere for it' near the middle of the film. Remains a mystery. I personally don't know why the big effort to look all over the place. It was detached from the start. You wouldn't detach a negative unless it is to put it somewhere else.
3. The key conversation with Sean on the mountain couldn't be clearer. And we think all hope is lost until...
4. His mom gives him back his wallet, and then we see him pull it out of the wallet.
There really is no other explanation than you'd have to miss 2 parts of the film. Even if you miss one or the other, you'd still know where it was.
You just have to be resigned-
You're crashing by design
Saw The Shawshank Redemption the other day. I don't understand how did the guy escape from the prison?.
Guy is, obviously, trolling.

Yep just trolling. Asks a dumb question and runs away peeking at fireworks left behind. If it was serious he would have said thanks / defended his dumb question.
What movie?
shareNot only did they tell you where it was. They LITERALLY showed you where the photo was. They made it quite a big deal when he found the photo in the movie. How could you possibly miss that?
