God forbid that screenwriters do any actual fucking research.

Blade: Trinity makes a big deal about Vlad Tepes being “the first vampire.” “His DNA is the most pure. He was the first.” “He can walk in the sunlight because he is the first vampire.”

1. The Old Testament clearly states that Lilith, Adam’s FIRST wife, is the first vampire. Blade 3 is full of shit.

2. Dracula tells Blade he can walk in the daylight because—“AS STOKER SAYS IN HIS FABLE, I AM THE FIRST VAMPIRE.” Bull fucking shit. Stoker wrote no such thing in his novel. Unlike the screenwriters and over 99 percent of the target audience, I’ve read Stoker’s book. To be fair, Francis Ford Coppola couldn’t be bothered to read it, either, which is why HIS movie sucked too, but not in a good way.

The movie did say in voice over that they didn't know all the history but what had been told was he was the first.

The old testament as well as other material are not facts they are written by men so this may be true doesn't make it the case also this is marvel universe not the real one we live in.

who said stoker wrote it in the novel no one it may have been mentioned in other material and as I said in the one above different universe.

This movie is not about fact checking if you want that stick to documentaries this was about dumb entertainment in a fantasy universe.

Lilith is not part of the Old Testament, she was added later in some other folklore stories, and she was viewed more like a demon than a vampire.
