I really love Bloodline and Hellbound, as the best pure Hellraiser experiences. Inferno is the best Silent Hill movie ever and it isn't even a Silent Hill movie. Hellseeker was the most genuinely creepy entry, and only suffers for being a bit too similar to Inferno. I'm very fond of Kirsty too. I probably put the original Hellraiser lower than like, any other fan of the series here. I did enjoy it of course, and I respect its sheer importance, but I just could not buy into Julia's character (or her hair - yeeegh) in the first one and the sheer gross-out gooeyness of Frank wasn't really necessary. In Hellbound they manage the same creepy regeneration and skinless effects without just grossing me out. Pretty much everything about Hellbound is superior to the original, it's very close to being tied for first with Bloodline, which I adore for so many reasons. (Angelique! Art nouveau! Space ships!) Hellworld was fun to watch, and different from the other entries. Hell on Earth had some endearing characters and was rather silly and funny for a Hellraiser movie. Deader is the only entry I give less than an 8/10 (it gets a 7/10) because I just couldn't follow it well or care about anyone at all. Overall a really fantastic series, definitely a favorite.
