Best of Korea (Rate your top 5)

I have seen only a handful of films from Korea, but so far they are all very well-made. Korea has really put itself on the cinematic map in the last decade. What are some of the best Korean films you have seen to date?

My top 5
1. Oldboy
2. Memories of Murder
3. Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter... and Spring
4. The Host
5. Oasis

My Top 5 :D
1. Bedevilled
2. Memories of Murder
3. Tae Guk Gi
4. The Host
5. I Saw the Devil

I'm not sure if Mr. Vengeance should be included, I can barely remember about that film although I think I found that great. The Chaser, Mother, A Tale of Two Sisters, A Bittersweet Life-they're also among the best.

Very difficult to list just five, but i'll give it a shot.

No particular order

Memories of Murder
The Yellow Sea (great film and by the looks of the tread it's severely underrated)
Lady Vengeance (revenge that demands a group effort)
Oldboy (methodical and twisted revenge)
The Chaser
A Tale of Two Sisters (Recommend watching more than one viewing to understand entirely. One of the few films I would consider a masterpiece in the horror genre)
I Saw the Devil (good old fashioned revenge)
Failan (*beep* depressing, but a great film non the less)

8 is close enough.

Agreed, Both excellent movies, but memories for a murder was absolutely amazing.
One of the greatest movies ive ever seen let alone just a Korean movie.
I think, however... it is my contention (lol) that oldboy is better known and more widely accepted as a great movie, where everyone has seen oldboy or at least heard of it.
Not to many people (compared to oldboy) knew about memories, well it looked like that to me anyway, but now ive seen both, i prefer memories much more. Excellent production.
Excellent, Excellent Nosh.

May the lord Jesus, be around and inside you. Gaining access through your holes of love.
Never struggle to let him in, he will just get mad, and you will make the whole experience much more painful then it has to be.
Always accept willingly, with your holes of love/hate open wide, almost gaping... if you will... Then it will be a smooth transition. And even though their may still be tears, i dare say their wont be as many.

Check it out, The Best movies ever made.
