Just saw this movie and thought it was pretty good minus the ending, but when the whole family is driving in the car and they almost crash head on with a semi, did anyone notice that Adam says "boobies"? I had to rewind that scene a few times to be sure, but sure enough, he does say it. Strange.

I heard that too when i saw this movie. my friends and i weren't really paying attention, then all of a sudden adam said "boobies". we weren't sure if he actually said it, so we ended up rewinding it like 9 times, then we called people over so they could vouch for us so we didn't look crazy
shareWhat makes it even more funny is the way he says it. He says boobies like he is answering someone's question.
The only thing that I can come up with is that Stamos goes to hug him and kinda puts his head near her chest, maybe he got excited. If it was actually part of his script, then that's just hillarious.

shareI turned on the subtitles and they don't even list a line for Adam. It definitely sounds like he's answering a question with "Boobies". If he had said something that made sense, wouldn't it have been in the subtitles?

I am SOOO glad someone said this. My husband and I just watched it the night before last and at that part I said "Did he just say 'boobies'!!!" My husband was like, "no he said 'Mommy'". But it didn't sound like any mommy I've ever heard. It's on right now so I'm going to watch again!

Yup, this was easily the highlight of the entire sorry-ass movie...

And since he was being pressed up against by adams mom, and in his mind, not his, maybe he liked it or was just making a 'creepy' observation.
Remember that zachary, the alterego, was supposed to be a badass who'd say things like that..
Anyway, it seemed very out of place.
I think it was definatly a blooper that was kept in, it reminds me somewhat of Stakeout 2 with Rosie O'Donnell, Richard Dreyfus and Emilio Estevez, the part where I think they are having dinner with the neighbours or something and Dreyfus spills wine on Rosies breasts, it shows him wipe her upper chest and then deliabtrly wipe around which is very noticeable, and the face that Rosie had in that scene was not something acting can portray, it was to die for. It was also not in the planned script whatsoever, although from what I remember the director loved it so much he kept it. My mother told me that once. Good scene

There are many other scenes in which you can see something unplanned happens. In Full House, Michelle once grabbed the dad's nose and you can see him looking at the camera, and then he plays on( it's like you can see he is being told to proceed with it)
Did not notice it the first time so I went back and checked this out - that is so hilarious! He can not be saying anything else.

I saw this really crappy movie again just to see if it was really true, and it was. It's after the part where they see a psychiatrist, and they are driving at night and Paul is asking Adam a ton of questions about who Zachary is. Paul's not paying attention to the road and almost crashes with a truck, Jessie then embraces Adam and he says "boobies!"
shareYup, sounded definitely like BOOBIES. Though his mouth position was positioned more for M than B. (Yes, I know that would make it Mooby's) As a stretch, the slightly phonetically similar Spanish word "mudez" means muteness/silence. But I digress..
BTW, my captions showed nothing, apparently the original captioner was laughing too hard to type it in.
What IS freaky: I read a few posts about this mysterious boobies comment days ago, when deciding if I was gonna watch this. I neglected, however, to find out where in the movie the kid says it. Then, just a few minutes ago, after being bored to tears by the movie, I was half-watching half-working in another room and I suddenly felt compelled to go watch. I'll be damned if 20 seconds later was the boobie scene.
