Ron's infantile behavior

It was both hilarious and disgusting to see what a jealous baby Ron became when Harry unexpectedly was entered into the tournament. He looked like such a vagina when he was pouting, and then he even had the gall to tell Harry to "piss off" when he didn't believe him. I would've socked the *beep* out of that little pssy

And also like someone else on here had said, can you really blame Ron. He had grown up in the shadows of his older brothers his whole life and now his best friend in the world. That would cause anyone to have some intense self-esteem issues and low self confidence. Always feeling like an underdog and never a great human being in your own right. And he truly did think that Harry had lied to him. He felt betrayed. But he realized his mistake early on, apologized to Harry, made up, and they went back to being best friends. He's a human, they make mistakes. But like I said before, Ron is still a great character, which is why he's practically everyone's favorite. He's smart, loyal, funny, brave, and kindhearted. Family and friends still always come first to him. And at least he fully grows up in Deathly Hallows (parts one and two)

They had 3 years of friendship and Ron didn't trust Harry. Not only did he not trust him, he was REALLY pissed about it. Ron was acting like Harry fucked his mom in front of him or something.

Yeah, i was a teenager too with teenage friends. Nobody would react like that over nothing. At least not someone you're friends with for literal years. And it their case, they were even in life threatening situations, that should have bonded them enough to merit Ron Trusting Harry.

I don't understand why Harry would even want a friend that can turn on you without you doing anything wrong. There were plenty of kids in that school, Harry should have just made a different friend.

That's actually very in-line with irrational teenage behavior.
