Sure he's a sex-crazed jerkass, but he's extremely loyal to his friends. After he killed the flowers, he remedied it at the 11th hour against all odds. And in Reunion, we see how hurt he was that his friends didn't make more of an effort to stay in touch with him.
shareYeah, after he was guilted all to hell for killing them in the first place. The reason his "friends" didn't stay in contact is because he is an annoying friend who didn't grow up. I mean it's shown in Reunion when they are all in their 30s and he's still acting like he's in high school.
