Not the first dumb thing I've read that he has said and I think his comments are outrageous but he's still entitled to his opinion.
The question is Why should you care what he thinks ?
Maybe he shouldn't go to Palm Springs, either. He ran his car into the car my sister was riding in!!! Totaled the friend's car she was riding in. BUT to get back on subject, things that are said are very often misquoted. I cannot imagine RD was misunderstood. Canada is breathtakingly beautiful and I've never been there. Kevin Costner brought that beauty to us onscreen.
