Guy with crush on Kiera....

In the movie, she's flattered and thinks how romantic, when she watches the video he cut of just her?

In real life she'd know what he's been doing whilst watching that video, and feel violated and a little scared.

What do you Ladies think??

reply

Seriously "guy"? That's Rick Grimes!

reply

Sorry, any normal woman would have been creeped the hell out by him and that film.

reply

You underestimate the vanity of women.

reply

NO, they wouldn't.

It's not what is said or done, it is who is saying / doing it?

Within a point or two either way then it's OK. he knows the line, he isn't trying to get her drunk and grope her in a cupboard is he? He hasn't touched her, he hasn't made a pass at her. Even the most dull feminist probably has a crush on someone if they cared to admit it. He has been relatively upfront, he told her, he told her he respects her, she knows he will leave it at that.

Unknown unhygienic guy from Street corner....nooooh.

Husband's best mate you have probably known for years, probably had many laughs before he developed a crush on you.....yaaaaaay, awks but still yaaaaay. It's ok, don't worry. If she was the self-obsessed type who would get arsey about it infringing on her rights then a) his mate would probably not have fallen for such a killjoy or b) The Grimester would not have fallen for such a big dull "Right-on" dud.

It's not shallow, it's human. We are made to be attractive, to want to be found attractive, it's only a modern (and immensely stupid) construct that if a man looks at a woman, IN ANY WAY, then they are a "Paedo" or a "Perv". It's dumb, feminism mixed with misandry. It's 99% down to whether the woman fancies the man. If I fancy you it's Ok if I don't it calls for charges to be pressed.

It's such a sad state of affairs that a man almost needs a signed statement of permission before he can even try to kiss a woman. It's called real life.

The creepiest part was when she found the vhs and was like "blah blahs wedding, think we are on the right track, why is it sticky" then he cut her off and changed the subject

I think is was a beautiful and touching thing to do .. and it didn't hurt that he was one hot looking male .

"A man that wouldn't cheat for a poke don't want one bad enough".

His camera work did not focus on her body ~~ he focused on her luminous face. And his face and hers while they watched the wedding video together ~~ well, nothing looked like lust to me, although a variety of deeper emotions were excellently portrayed facially by both actors.

Ignoring that in real life, this would be rather creepy, I don't get what we were supposed to get out of that storyline. He has a crush, she finds out, she actually chases after him to kiss him, as what? A consolation prize? She stays with her husband, but at the end, all three of them are hanging out. He tags along. So he's not afraid to talk to her any more, but he's not moving in on his best friend's wife? What is their deal now?
