It's not uncommon for people to fall in love with their co workers for reasons beyond physical attractions because they spend so much time together daily.

I don't know about Laura, but in the end of the movie Juliette, Peter and Mark collect Jamie and Aurelia, so they know each other.

That guy was completely shallow. All he wanted from her was sex that night that is why he never called her or tried anything after that night. That being sad he was obviously not interested in her personality wise, but more physically. Hence physical attraction wise he is way out her league...just the way Laura Linney is way out of my league.

I think the real problem was that because there were so many stories being told, they didn't have time to develop the chemistry between these two characters.

Anyone THAT attached to his/her phone is a MAJOR RED FLAG to run--not walk--in the opposite direction! I don't care who's on the other end, turn the goddamn ringer off! She might as well have taken a giant shit in the middle of the bed, that's what a turn-off that whole phone scenario was.
