best game of all time

I agree that there isn't a ton of land in this game (it's even known that Vice City is the smallest city in the "Grand Theft Auto" universe). See, there's a lot of sand, and plenty of water (a small gripe for me when it comes to the 2002 Vice City game is no swimming, which kills the appeal of the water for me). Overall though, I don't mind the size, since I like the game's atmosphere (especially at night and sunrise).
Oh yeah, I think "Scarface: The World Is Yours" is an excellent game. I've replayed it about 5 times (it would be more, but I had to get a new Playstation 2 in 2012 for the disc to finally work). That game has a customized music playlist, the ability to talk to people, cool suits, interesting missions, South Beach before it became trendy...wow, easily one of the finest film to video game adaptations, in my opinion.
