Am I the only one who hates Herc the most? From all characters?

I just finished re-watching season 4, and while I don't think Herc is 'the worst' per say, he really pissed me off by not helping out poor Bubbles and bringing up Randy's name to Little Kevin and awful chain of events that those actions/words set off.....
