For me, it's in the episode 'Merger' when David is doing a stand up performance for the Swindon lot. 

Another moment is when Gareth is trying to crack a joke with those two warehouse guys at the Christmas party and it just falls flat. 

For me, one of the cringiest, without being saved by any humor, had to be Tim asking out Dawn after just announcing that he's going to quit in the Training Seminar episode.

There's just too many, but I shall add the, 'who wants to come for a drink with me after work' scene, after he had been made redundant and was working as a sales rep.
