Out of all the characters he really delivered lines (especially funny ones) better than everyone else.
Two of his best delivered ones:
"Why don't you go post up a sign that says NOBODY MOVE!"
"That sounds great we'll have it with a hot cup of dirt."
My absolute favorite! No one like him! Wish he was in something current. His comedic timing and delivery is untouchable!
