These are older movies but still pretty good you might like the first two are Sally Fields movies.

1) Not without my daugther
2) Eye for an Eye (didn't really run and hide, but it's still a really good movie)
and
3) Burning Bed

These movies are different from Enough but are still about controlling/abusive men, and strong women who stand up to them.

Fear, with Mark Whalberg :)

"I Spit on Your Grave" (1973) is a similar type of film. It's very disturbing though. It's a bout a woman who is repeatedly gangraped, and takes her revenge by killing and maiming her attackers one by one.

That Julia Roberts film.

There are lots of ' based on true story' movies that center around this same subject.
For example: "Black & Blue" (with Mary Stuart Masterson), "Dangerous Intentions", "Shamefull Secrets", "If Someone Had Known". All very sad though.
These movies can be watched on Youtube.

The Stieg Larsson trilogy which starts with "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" (I highly recommend to get the extended Swedish TV version, not just the remake with Daniel Craig).
