One day I was just stuffing around and i threw a grenade in the back of a bobcat, it blew up but then a group of about 20 people started to attack me. I got out a pistol (it was all i had at the time) and tried to scare them off, but there was too many and they all were beatig me and then i died (from 100 armor and 100 health) with their bare hands.
I dunno I must have been tired or something.

In the triad mission where you're cornered in the alley I took a wrong turn and they all batted me to death
shareI was doing the mission where you have to blow up the three Traid laundry vans. I found the first one, got out of the car, and threw a grenade. It bounced off the back of the truck and fell at my feet. Whoops.
I've also dies during Salvatore's last mission where you get warned not to go to the initial location. I was driving and Maria called. I blew it off thinking it was another import/export/Securicar call. I drove to the spot and died. Whoops, part II.

A friend of mine had just gotten into a fight with someone, and was down to 3 health. He tried to escape by running into the subway station. He started running too fast down the stairs, fell of the edge into the tracks, and smashed into the subway car. Even though it was sitting still at the platform, the impact was still enough to take out his three health. Imagine some lunatic running down the stairs in a subway station and smashing into a still train, then falling over dead. We laughed for about an hour after that one.

I can actually top this one with a nice little twist... I was doing the SAM missions and after the 10th time or so (when I finally was on the correct runway as the Dodo), I was trying to figure out my escape... I saw on the gamefaqs that the subway was an alternate, but since the cops flipped me over I went there on foot. Got to the subway with about 50-70 armor and full 100 health. I'm on the platform waiting for a train and it arrives - on the OTHER side of the track. So I hop down and cross the track in front of the train hoping to hop up and enter the train. What does Claude do? Fall UNDER the parked train!!! - That's right, I committed suicide by jumping UNDER a train that wasn't moving... how embarrassing is that???
Of course one of the most annoying ways to die is the water... I was doing Vigilante missions on Shoreside Vale (before I figured out a cool little trick without cheating) and was in Pike Creek... - I was near the I/E garage - another car knocked me off of the cliff; I flew down to the road below (that circular road by the lower dam) - hit a car on that street which knocked me clear into the water below them... UGH!
