One day I was just stuffing around and i threw a grenade in the back of a bobcat, it blew up but then a group of about 20 people started to attack me. I got out a pistol (it was all i had at the time) and tried to scare them off, but there was too many and they all were beatig me and then i died (from 100 armor and 100 health) with their bare hands.
I dunno I must have been tired or something.
I wasn't really paying attention to what I was doing but I wanted to kill some Cartel but I failed to throw the molatov cocktail far enough and ran around on fire till I died. That made me feel a little dumb.

Two ways.
1. I got in a car right as another right next to it exploded. Since I started driving fast, I blew up, too.
2. I started gunning down pedestrians and they charged me. All of my weapons were out, except for twenty grenades and fists. I started fighting, then I threw a grenade at my feet as the health-bar went down to nothing. It blew me and most of them up on the spot.

After I completed a fairly difficult mission (I can't remember which), I was pumped up and unloaded uzi bullets drive-by style on some car. Unfortunately, I was in the area of that random lake on Stauton Island near the construction site and was knocked into it by the car. Yeah, I win.
shareThe stupidest time I got wasted is when, I gathered up some cars in Fort Staunton so I could kill some Cartels when they shoot the cars in front of them, but unfortunately, the Yakuzas were the ones who were blasting the cars that soon blown off and by accident I set up a grenade and got wasted by the car explosions and my own grenade. But it was fun.

On the last mission for Salvatore: where you go to get a car, but Maria pages you saying that the car is rigged and that should meet her instead. I decided that I would push the car into the nearby garage for storage. After several minutes I succesfully got the car into the save garage, then happily saved the game and then continued on with the missions. A few days later(real time), I came back to the garage and saw the car in there. I completely forgot about it being rigged and promptly got into the car, proceeding to drive away... sort of...
I can't be bought at any price. However, I can be rented by the hour.

Several:
* In Portland I had a three-star wanted status and I was trying to avoid the cops by jumping over the water using that little gravel ramp. Just as I got to the ramp a patrol car hit me in the left rear corner and I started spinning in mid air and fell in the drink.
* During a chase, I rammed my car into an alley and it caught fire, I got out but I was stuck in the corner and couldn't get out.
* Ambulance mission #12, I have a two-star wanted level and just as I'm approaching the blue circle, a burning cop car rams into me and blows up. The ambulance catches fire and blows up just inches from the circle. After that I didn't play for about two months.
* Got into a gunfight with a cop on the subway platform and I didn't watch where I was going and got hit by the train.
* The many MANY times that I've blown up the Police helicopter and got killed in the process.
* Set the bomb for Mike Lips then went to get in my own car and accidentally ended up getting back in Mike's car and in the process of trying to get out, I moved the car which blew up with me in it.
There's a million ways to die in this game, most of them stupid.

The first day I played the game, I believe I threw a grenade at a taxi. When I went to run away, I had realized that Claude caught it.. yes, caught it. Quite ironic, and this was when I was fairly new to the game. One of the funniest/dumbest glitches ever. NEVER happened again..

I have one that tops them all.
A friend of mine had just gotten into a fight with someone, and was down to 3 health. He tried to escape by running into the subway station. He started running too fast down the stairs, fell of the edge into the tracks, and smashed into the subway car. Even though it was sitting still at the platform, the impact was still enough to take out his three health. Imagine some lunatic running down the stairs in a subway station and smashing into a still train, then falling over dead. We laughed for about an hour after that one.
I used the cheat tht gives the peds weapons and makes them attack each other(they seem to enjoy the fire weapons). I just drove around enjoying the sites and ran over somebody. I looked back and the person had droped a s*** load of money. I got out of my car and started to collect it whene someone shot me and I died(I only had like 3 health).
shareI would have to say it was when I parked on one of the docks, but didn't realize how close the driver's side was to the edge. I got out and promptly fell into the water.
shareOne day I´m killing some mafia guys, when things start to get a little dangerous. Then, I run for my previously parked getaway car, but don't see a policeman chasing me. Right after I entered the car, he arrested me.
Full of anger, I got a Rocket Launcher in my hideout, ready to go for the Police Station and blow up everything. When I arrived, I was ready to start... and a Police car stop near me.
Without any hesitation, I turn to the policeman inside the car, shout "EAT THIS, MOTHERF...!!!!" and fired the rocket.
