What's with all of the incest jokes?

I didn't really get any hints of incest in any of the teen movies they were parodying, aside from Cruel Intentions and the questionable step sibling relationship.

The entire part of Jake's sister is based on cruel intentions so it checks out.

Another one is when Jake’s dad recommends Jake losing his v-card to his own mom, which comes off as a parody of Back to the Future.
