sharedid anybody else find this movie boring except for the fight scenes??
shareIt's like most of Luc Besson's "international" productions: great action set pieces (albeit with some choppy editing), a cool European setting, and a lame script and sloppy direction, IMO.
Go to [email protected] and ask them to work on the Apu trilogy and Sholay.
I loved this movie for the story, the style and the characters, not just the fight scenes.
shareWell it's good to know that this movie cured your constipation
shareMovie was great fun( fight scenes, funny lines), dramatic in a sense(showed alot of ways we as people can treat others mostly badly), suspenseful (is he going get caught, is he gunna get killed, will he save the little girl) many things about this movie lead to a good watch.
Sorry it bored you or you didn't like it, but of people that watched it I'm sure you will be a small percentage.
Oh my god... For starters, are we all watching the same movie? I went through the comments in this section and WOW. No, it's not boring. In fact, it's almost non-stop entertaining story or action. I will make one concession, the acting is bad on several accounts. Bridget Fonda is just awful. But this is still one of my favorite Jet movies. Yes, I'm a martial arts fan. Yes, I do martial arts. Yes, the martial art I do is Kung Fu. So, for anyone who wrote that THE FIGHT SCENES WERE BAD, you simply know fvck-all about fighting. These are some of the best choreographed martial arts sequences I've ever seen, and I know many people who agree.
shareNope great action/MA movie & love the Jet Li
