My thoughts too.
Jackie Chan (real life) was 46. For Ricky Tan to be his father's close partner, then Ricky Tan had to be at least 25 years older, meaning Rickey Tan should be around 70.
You could assume that Lee, the character, is supposed to be younger the Jackie Chan, the actor. How much younger? Lee had to be in his 40s because that's how he looked and behaved.
