I know this movie was loaded with funny lines but here's one of mine....
Randolph: Tell him about Wally The Whale.
Sheldon: Wally The Whale? Nora how could you do it with Wally The Whale?
Randolph: There she blows!

There were so many funny lines in this movie. I just watched it again and forgot how hilarious it was. It's one of the films where you either get it or you don't.
Pretty much anything that Tommie said with that Irish accent was hilarious.

Cop: Are you ok?
Randolph: I don't know. I'm kinda *beep* up in general, so it's hard to gauge. [He faints]
I laughed so much when that happened!
"It's, like, ignorance is bliss... and this place is *beep* Disneyland"
Reporter: What about the rumors that you're mentally imbalanced?
Randolph: WHO THE *beep* SAID THAT?!?!?!?!?

I loved the song Rainbow Randolph sang at the begining: "Friends Come In All Sizes" with lines like "some like to pitch and some like to catch, some say grasp and others say snatch." Too funny. And all the gay comments Randolph would throw out.
shareOne of my favorites has to be when the Irish Mob crew breaks into Angelo's apartment to beat up Rainbow. The one guy grabs him by the throat and Rainbow says in the choked, high pitched voice:
"This is private property, you're f-ing tresspassing"
Man, the first time I heard that line I had to pause the movie, I was laughing so hard. The way he says it is great.

There’s a million of them. Everybody has some pearls, and pretty much everything Robin Williams says. But here are a few:
(Stokes to Burnett after Tommy and the gang catch them near the end): “Macanudos my ass!”
(Buggy to Bennett & Stokes at the club): “Sorry I’m late fellas—I fell asleep at the bus station”
Spinner at the restaurant: “Uhn...I’ll be right back, Smoochie—I gotta go take a dump!”
Randolph to Stokes: “Put yourself in my Capezios, buddy!”
Randolph speaking about his haters: “I’m going faster than a toaster a Macys!”
Randolph to Sheldon: "Bite me, Budda!"
Randolph to Nora: “Call up wardrobe and props and tell ‘em that the R-man is back and ready to start singin’ dem songs fo’ da lil’ chilluns!”
"Stick with me baby, and you'll be fartin' thru silk!"

I'm not sure. Almost anything Robin Williams said in extreme frustration was funny.

Two moments that always make me laugh, but have little to do with the lines, come one after the other near the beginning:
The female undercover cop at the beginning shouts "FREEZE C**KS**ER!" way too loud, like she's been watching too many cop movies... hysterical.
The bar crowd raises their drinks in misplaced pride, after the news announces that Rainbow Randolph was arrested in their bar.
Shledon: You didn't have to get off the phone for me.
Nora: If I didn't you'd still be here
Sheldon: ...but I am still here
Nora: I'm hoping to correct that!
Spinner after he finished the scene on the kid's show "I think I'll get drunk now."
