Anyone like the movie??? - Cursed (2005) Discussion

Watch it every time I catch it on (unless its on IFC or another constantly interrupted commercials channel.) So happy they're showing it on pay movie channels again. Christina Ricci is so hot in this, Jesse Eisenberg's well, Jesse Eisenberg, and werewolf movies are an all around good thing. The 4.X IMDB rating's a joke, IMO.

It's enjoyable, we all know it's not what it was supposed to be, but I ultimately like it! It's the Unrated Cut that I'm referring to. I saw the PG-13 cut last year, it's worse than a TV edit lol.

I most definitely like this movie peterpanschick15 ! IMPO It had a " Fright Night 1985 " movie feel to it ( another excellent memorable classic too ) . Of course with the exceptions of " Cursed " verses " Fright Night " this one was about werewolves instead of vampires and it was from 2005 instead of 1985 . On the most part ( just like Fright Night ) it had a great storyline and memorable cast as well . Thanks peterpanschick15 for your subject post .

I first watched this movie back in 05 i brought it on dvd from Bali. the quality was ordinary and the subtitles were all the wrong words and i couldnt turn them off ahha
but i still really liked it.
I have since then learnt that i had the much less gory version. Just purchased a proper dvd of it and am watching now. Ive heard its alot better then the first version i saw

I really like this movie, and it's one of Craven's most underrated. I think most people prefer the unrated cut, and it's the only version I've seen. Haven't seen the PG-13 cut to compare.
The cast is really good in this one too. It tries to break out of the cliches, and that's always welcome.

i was just browsing & noticed this got a pretty low rating.....WTH?

i really loved this movie...it had everything! it was scarey, funny, suspenceful, interesting....& didnt take itself too seriously.

a VERY under=rated flick!

I literally just watched this movie (for the first time). I was a little hesitant about watching this, because of the bad reviews. But my most favorite director, Wes Craven, directed this movie. So, I decided to give this movie a go. I loved it. I rate it 10/10 and it's in my top 70. It also dethroned One Missed Call 2 (2005), as my favorite movie of 2005.

I had a lot of fun watching it. It made me laugh and there were some parts that scared me. The werewolf giving the middle finger was one of the most memorable parts of the movie.

ok cursed is not a perfect movie and not the best from Wes, but i really enjoied this movie, very fun with good actors and the werewolf kick ass.

Wes was the best director ever, my rating for this movie is 7/10
