Oct. 22 Release Date?!?!

Is it just me or is no one going to want to watch a Christmas movie in October before Halloween has even arrived? I just watched the new trailer and I was looking forward to the movie, but I can't see myself seeing this movie in theatres in October. Personally, I think this movie would do WAY better if it were released in late November/Early December, even if there is stiffer competition.

Anyone else agree with me here?

This just tells me that this movie may not be able to compete with the future Xmas movies that are planned to come out. Clips look funny, I will catch it next month sometime....depending on the reviews!!

Well, after Christmas everyone's either at home sick or somewhere vacationing and they won't have time to see it then. So they change the date so as not to compete with other movies like CWTC and also so that there is a better chance that more people will see it.
