This post as stated above, is directed at people who enjoyed this movie. It was far from the absolute best I have seen, but good.

Anyway, I and my husband enjoy movies like this one, movies that are a little dirty...but not something like porn. Nope, just can't do porn. :) Anyway, we have also watched Species II, Taking Lives, and Wild Things. I was wondering if anyone can recommend some movies along this line. A half decent plot, a little bit of dirty here and there. It is kind of hard to find something when you don't know how to describe what you are looking for! Type in 'dirty movie' and you get porn! Anyway....I'd appreciate the help.

Do a search for anything by the actress Joan Severance. Especially her late 1980's/early 1990's stuff.

Thanks for the replies....I saw Mulholland Dr. and was not too impressed. It was intriguing, but they could have done just as good a job with a GUY and a girl! No offense.

The following movies fit into the vein that you're looking for;

1. The Dreamers
2. Sex and Lucia. This one has some kind-of graphic stuff. One scene has a woman masturbating while porn plays on the TV in the background.
3. Swimming Pool
4. Y Tu Mama, Tambien
5. Two Moon Junction
6. Eyes Wide Shut
And one that your husband might enjoy more than you because it is just loaded with casual female nudity including Elle Macpherson,
7. Sirens
8. ...and of course there's always 'Showgirls'. An even dumber movie than this one, with more sex.

You should see A History of Violence, if you haven't. It's another sexy thriller, so if you're into that kind of thing, take a look at that one. The plot is good, and you'd probably like the main characters.
(I agree about The Dreamers, it's great, even though I think it's something that younger couples would enjoy more).
