The son was annoying

Am I the only one who thought so? I was routing for Vaughn's character the whole movie.

He didn't annoy me. I can understand why he acted the way he did. He seemed like he really wanted his parents to get back together, and seeing his mom with another guy really pissed him off. He was sad and hurt and things of that nature. It caused him to act out...plus I had the biggest crush on the son, so I justified whatever he did, LOL! I AM A WHORE!!! But he was soooo cute, and then he was on Spy Kids 2 and I died all over again!!!

I warned you...RAWR!

No. I thought the same thing too!

Prostitute: What the *beep* are you doing?
Johnny: I'm gonna kill a bunch of people.

He was a bit old for the role ... maybe so we wouldn't be too scared for him; they could have gotten someone who really was 12. A boy at that age could be completely turned around, first by the divorce, then by the criminal situation.

I think he was cast because he looked so much like Teri Polo. I was trying to see if there was any resemblance to John Travolta. Couldn't really find any. :)

I agree that the son was a bit irritating, however, I wasn't rooting for the bad guy because of it.
