I'm a 21 year old college student. I'd say I have the typical sense of humor for my age (I love Wedding Crashers, Superbad, Road Trip, etc.). I just don't think this movie is very funny. I've watched it a few times and I just don't get it I guess. I'm not a huge fan of Broken Lizard in general I guess. At least Beerfest can make me laugh some though. Anyone else just not that impressed with this movie?

I personally think Road Trip, Superbad, etc. are very juvenile (and VERY VERY BAD). Super Troopers is a higher type to me. The humor in it has nothing to do with these 2 movies you mentionned. Beerfest was fine but to me Super Troopers is the best Broken Lizard film yet. The characters in this film are all so out of place and it makes this movie ridiculously funny.
The only other random comedy I really enjoyed is Kung Pow...
Also if this is a stoner movie... I've never smoked and got drunk only one time in my life... I'm 30.

I only watched the first 9 minute scene. They say that if you don't grab your audience in the opening sequence you lose them. They lost me. This is stupid.

I thought it was just because I'm old, but it goes on the list of movies that I wasted my time on....sure there were a few funny bits, but not enough to make me want to watch it again OR recommend it to anyone.

I saw all four of those films in college (Super Troopers, Wedding Crashers, Superbad and Road Trip) and I didn't laugh once during any of them.
Films that I think are funny are as follows: Dr. Strangelove, Ed Wood, Clerks and that's all I got at this point.
