I know Russell Crowe did a great job in Gladiator, but I seriously think Tom Wilkenson got robbed for best actor at the Oscars. Anyone else agree? Personally, I think Russell Crowe is WAY overrated (sorry).

I completely agree he was brilliant in this film and in Michael Clayton, the dialogue written by Field for the interactions between him and Sissy Spacek is about as real as it gets.

I could agree more with all of you. I've been a Tom Wilkenson fan for a while now and this movie was fantastic and TW and SS's perfomances were outstanding. No, brilliant.

I agree absolutely. One the of the best films I've seen. Much more to it that meets the eye, so to speak.
