I'm a single 50+ guy and bought the DVD many years ago, also on my own accord, mainly because Kate Beckinsale was in it.
But I like this movie for much more than Kate. It's not only romantic but also very funny.
And I'm watching it right now on Christmas Eve.
Eh, I'm 40. I'm watching it on TV right now. I still like it, same as when I first saw it years ago. It helps that I like Kate Beckinsale.
