Does anyone like Ben?

Every time I see him, he irks me. I just think he shouldn´t even be there. Most undeserving winner ever. I know a lot like him because he had a good sob story when they gifted him the win.

Not really. I don't like most of these people. The best players rarely win the game.

The best players rarely win the game.

The best people may not win the game, but the best players do win (the game being Survivor, of course).

It's not just about winning competitions and being able to rough it (those who are only good in these areas will get voted out once their usefulness to the group ends). It's about understanding psychology, social skills, acclimation, strategic manipulation, etc.

That wouldn't negate the skills listed above necessary to win the game.

In these shows the producres choose who wins the game , it doesent matter what skills you have: practical survival or shitting-on-your fellow-humans.
If theres an edit , and audience voting involved , the producers dictate the results.

More undeserving than the guy who won cuz of his sob story about his mom having breast cancer, who he chose to leave to be on a tv show?

The guy whose mom had cancer actually earned his place in the final 3 and is strategically good. They gave Ben a bunch of immunity idols hidden in the most obvious places and then when he bombed F4 immunity they gave him a 50-50 fire-making challenge to get to the end, so yeah Ben was infinitely less deserving in my book.

I wouldn't underestimate him, he's actually my top pick to win the season. He may have had several advantages during his season, but he was the only one to go out looking for idols cuz he knew they all wanted him out. The rest of them just stood around like llamas and did nothing. Him reading through Adam's lies was great TV!

Ben is your top pick? On an all star season, he is a good candidate to drag to the end as a goat, that´s about it, he has no chance of winning.
