TC is right, look at the facts.
1) Hangs out with boys who want nothing to do with girls (sanjay and chester)
2) Only "loves" the girl he stands no chance at getting, just to throw people off
3) The girls who do love him (tootie and veronica) he finds too "crazy" or "creepy" to score with. very convenient timmy VERY CONVENIENT.
