Enjoyed this again not bad for a 15 year old movie
It only felt a bit dated.

It's just as cringeworthy today as it was when it came out. It's like the movie "Hackers" (1995), but with cars instead of computers. People trying to act like badasses while scooting around in little oriental cars that sound like Weedeaters is hilarious. This movie was made for 14-year-olds, and not particularly bright 14-year-olds either.
