i love watching this movie, but i must say the girl elliot is so desperate over, alison, comes across as a terribly off putting person, she makes the devil (elizabeth hurley) seem nice and it's a relief to see hurley back with elliot instead, i guess he is so into alison that he can't see it, though at one point of the movie he tells hurley "i know alison is not really like that", but i got that vibe from her at the very first scene she appears in (at the club) before the devil started setting up the dream sequences parts she's in, one scene i enjoyed watching her in though was the basketball locker room, that had some of the movie's funniest parts, of course elliot then, major spoiler follows here, meets a girl that looks identical as alison but with a different personality, contrasting really, by the way, notice her boobies in the scene with elliot as abraham lincoln, after he's bidden farewell to the devil you sort of wish for a sequel, i love this movie so much i actually don't want to see the original it's based on, usually it's the other way around, for me anyway, how you don't wanna see the remake, though i understand the dogs hurley has on a leash at the beach named dudley and peter is a wink to the original movie. i probably can't help but check it out one day. notice the name alison (or allison) is spelled differently in the credits and plot description.

gone away for days,
in a sec caught in your spell again,
strange hold you got on soul,
dig through creates turmoil,
dive down licks heart throw hair glow,
blow my brain gone.
