Then he starts waving his hands around and going on about how he's a rich and powerful Columbian drug lord - its his first time realizing that the Devil has screwed him. It was hilarious.

Plus seeing Fraser handle that role is such a fun ride. He does it almost too well. Throwing Frances O'Connor around for a bit of a romp in a room full of groupies is priceless.

It's close, between the Columbian Drug Lord scene and the "Sensitive Guy" scene, but it has to go to the Sensitive Guy.
Everyone, when you're male or female has gone hopelessly gaga like that over someone and has acted hilariously mushy, but Eliot (and Harold Ramis, god rest his soul, the director) carried it out to a really funny extreme. Elliot's makeup and hair were also perfect for that scene and Allison was in her most beautiful incarnation, especially when she holds Eliot's face tenderly with her hands and says "You are just TOO MUCH!"
Although I love the whole movie. I could watch it again, and again, and again.
