Elizabeth Hurley was really annoying in this movie to me. Like when she lifts her upper lip WAY up just to say the "f" sound. And her accent was a real turn-off. When she isn't talking though, she's extremely hot, I don't deny that. Is it just me?

Just to tip you off here - there is no such thing as 'the British accent'. For a start that's 3 countries all with different main accents. If you meant 'The English accent' then you are still wrong.
Every county in England has a different accent. Maybe to your ears all English people sound like a posh London girl like Liz Hurley but I can assure you there is a lot of variety.
The way she lifts her lip highly when she speaks is actually one of her sexiest traits in my opinion.
That's like me moaning about people who say "American accent". Duh there are regional differences (having lived in England I can indetify them pretty easily), get over yourself.

As a male from the U.S.A, I love to watch Elizabeth Hurley's mouth when she's saying something, and listening to the words that accompany those mouth movements. Like when she says "powuh" with an almost full-open mouth. Just lovely.
Keira Knightley is another beautiful Brit woman who has interesting mouth expressions.
These are foreign women and to expect them to not be foreign in their speech is rather idiotic, don't you think?

Foreign women? :) not where I come from. True though and well said about lips/accents. Just bear in mind not every woman in England talks or moves their lips like Hurley (who is beautiful). They are all different, same as any country.
True, there was no subtlety in her performance, it was very one note 'Hot devil woman'. But then again, it was a comedy and I don't think they were looking much of a nuanced performance. You kinda hate her because she can't act much but that is kind of the point. She is the devil. She wasn't supposed to show much variety because why would the devil do that?
Everyone knows Hurely can't act but I thought she was fine in this role.

Keira Knightly? Ahaha. She's one of the worse for her jaw alone. She has this annoying jutting/protruding overbite (which to be fair is characteristic of the English) that makes everything she says look so awkward. And then she does this annoying pouting which wouldn't be so annoying if her lips weren't so thin (making her non-existent pout look ridiculous).
Keira Knightley is the poor man's Natalie Portman.

She's a stunning-looking woman, but here she's meant to be an actress ... and she just can't act. All the way through this movie, she sounded like she'd been told how the lines should sound, and she was doing her very best to make them sound that way. Not like a real person (Devil or no) speaking, at all.

wow no need to bash Keira Knightley, who is unbelievably gorgeous, her having small boobs is just that no one is perfect... cuz she has everything else...
as for Liz she has a smokin body... but Keira beats her in the other areas...

She was too much a one-dimensional posing with no variety or subtlety anywhere. Just a single overly dramatic idea that she did for the whole movie.
I didn't even notice the things that you mentioned, I like a British accent, how can you not like that? So then you don't like The Beatles, Benny Hill, Michael Caine, Hugh Grant, or any of scads of other stars with a British accent? That seems pretty narrow minded to me.
How can anyone find her annoying? FFS!
