Ready to Rumble 2!!

I think all us Ready to Rumble fans should send a request or sign a petition to make a second ready to rumble. This one could be featured with the WWE if approved. It would be awesome, so people, on this forum, think about it! We can make a petition and send it to any of the actors of the first movie, but I seriously think the best link is Brian Robbins. We can also send emails to Mr. Robbins or any of the actors. We just need a way to do it. Please guys, I think it would be an awesome idea!

I'm totally down wit A READY TO RUMBLE 2.. ready to rumble is funny as *beep* and it will always be...me and my friend watch it and quote *beep* from the movie all the time..it is hands down one of the best movies i've ever seen..JIMMY KING IS DA BESTLER..BETTER THEN ALL DA WRESTLERS..If we can find a way to get in touch with david arquette or someone...i'll be signin that petition definitley and so will my friend

Sequels are about generating more profit.

Ready to Rumble (2000) made $12,372,410.

That's not a lot.

It's unlikely, but knock yourself out.

McMahon would have to make it. A lot of the guys have gone to TNA. It would need a new cast. Would Bill Goldberg go for it? I don't think he and Vince see eye to eye these days. Then who would Jimmy King fight for the title? Triple H? Undertaker? Batista? Cena? Somehow it doesn't ring true.

reply

hey who ever thinks a sequel to ready to rumble is a good idea, email me on [email protected] so we can try and get some ideas!!!!!

reply

OMG! Jimmy King could face King Booker! It could be the Clash of the Kings! I would love to see that movie.

reply

i wanna see one of those triple cage matches in wwe some day, but getting back on topic i'd go see it

reply

the vince mecmahon idea wouldnt work now that he is presummed dead

reply

i highly doubted he wouldve been dead anyway bc it would have been all over the news

reply

There are tons of ex wcw guys not working in WWE. It should be made as a new fake organisation(cos u cnt use wcw legally) and then use the profit to fund a new wrestling org to take down WWE and McMahon. That would be class.

reply

I'll help to make a new R2RII just give me a film cannister to take a crap in.

reply

u r seriousley drugged.

Well I have a great idea, on WWE's site they have a bunch of contact emails and stuff and even phone numbers, my schedule is hectic other wise I would do this but somebody should make a petition or just blast their ideas to the wwe about a second ready to rumble, even though the wwe says dont send ideas to them, i am pretty sure they will read it. I think dave arquette will def be down with doing a nothier wrestling movie but they would ust need to get the rest of the cast on board, but a new wresling talent, that being the wwes. it would be sick, ill def. sign the petition i dont know how to make it SO SOMEONE DO THIS PLEaaaaase

reply

A Bunch of wrestlers invading WWE... didn't you guys see the Invasion Angle in 2001?

reply

Yeah I saw that, they completly *beep* it up, it could of been an awesome storyline but they didn't think it out enough.

reply

the rock, hulk hogan, and stone cold should pop up in there somewhere.

R2R is a WCW nostalgia piece now. I think it's the only thing Time Warner has rights to that they can still show on the "Turner" networks. A sequel would be like a sequel to Rocky 4 after the USSR fell. (a sequel where Rocky and Drago have a rematch, not Rocky 5 and Tommy Gunn)

reply

It would have been fun, but there was no chance.

reply

It sucks that Ready '2' Rumble didn't get made.
