best version IMO - good FX (e.g. Marley coming through the door), great performances (especially Stewart)

shareWatched it last night.
shareMEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
shareStand by to beam this back into the dvd playa 🕯
shareI also have the DVD and I'm happy that I do, as it's probably my third favorite adaptation behind 1951 and 1984. My only complaint--and I have to say it's something that really does bother me--is that the design of the Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come looks quite stupid and like something out of Star Wars. Otherwise, though, I think it's a very good screen version of the story, especially for a made-for-TV film.
I wonder if TNT still plays this one from time to time. And if they do, I wonder if they maintain the original 4:3 aspect ratio or if they stupidly crop it to widescreen.
It was on TV (c5) the other night
shareMight make a cool double feature with Star Trek VII Generations?
