So Ed Harris was the better shooter / soldier?


It seems to me that Jude Law’s character got a lucky break when Joseph Fiennes sacrificed himself. Otherwise, Ed Harris wouldn’t have went down on that day.

He might have killed Jude Law in that building, before the bombers came. Jude Law also got lucky when the girl used the mirror to blind Ed Harris. Plus, as Jude Law himself says, “He made an impossible shot ... you promised them a victory I can’t deliver.” That line shows that he knows Ed Harris was the better sniper.
