The perfect movie for an introvert or to be more specific, an INTP?

I am an introvert myself, an INTP (one of the Jungian personality types, here's a link for your kind perusal, www.personalitypage.com/html/info.html) to be particular. I really loved the movie and the character and I think that all of that has to do with my being an introvert. By this I don't want to imply that none of its admirers can be extroverts, but I guess if you are an introvert you can relate to the character quite realistically. Amelie was one cinematic character whose every action seemed justified to me, just because I feel I would have done the same were I her.

So, what do you have to say on this. Don't you think this is the perfect movie for an introvert? Or are there any other movies that may appeal even better to introvert?

Completely agree, I loved this movie when it came out and I still love it now. I can so relate to Amelie!

Interesting that the personality types have come up in this message board. I remember doing the test earlier this year. I'm an INFP. I can't relate entirely to this film, but the introvertedness and some scenes in particular I could certainly relate to. Glad another introverted friend of mine recommended it to me. Great film overall.

I was a recluse for a year of my life so it's really easy to say that I'm an introvert yet no actually I didn't relate to this character at all there are many fictional characters that I relate to, but Amelie is not one of them. For example Rustin Cohle.Amelie has many character qualities that drive me to be a misanthrope.

This whole thread is disgusting and scary to me ; )

Would you mind?

Interesting. I'm an INTP too. I haven't seen this since it was in theaters. I'll have to rewatch with that in mind. I don't remember much of it.
