Haha, oh it's been so long since I've played...but I think my favorite course was the Bobomb Battlefield, too. And that first snowy course? 'Cause I liked to throw the baby penguin off the side of the level... o_O

Definitely Jolly Roger Bay! That and any of the other underwater ones. The lava one is also great, and the one where the water level changes depending on how high you jump into the picture.
shareIt's a tie between the fire one in the dungeon, and Wet-Dry World. I went through hell trying to get all the stars in the latter, but boy was that level designed well.
I hate the Hazy Cave! (Is that the right name? Whatever, you guys probably know what I'm talking about.)

Big Boo's Haunt by far. That level is just so scary! Wet-Dry World deserves to be mentioned as well. I can't stand the Rainbow Level. Just thinking about it makes me cringe.
