Any guys actually enjoy this film?

This is yet another one i was made to sit through with my girlfriend, i was all set for a night of unchartered boredom, and was thinkin of excuses to get out of dodge about half hour in, gotta admit though, although i'll never tell her this, but i actually really liked it!

probably something to do with seeing Piper Perabo girrating on a bar, A room with two of mans greatest interests...Booze, and some of the fittest women in existence pouring the booze, it'slike the dream! you add the FA cup final and you've got a masterpiece!

I'm a straight guy and I liked it too. Not just for the hot girls.

They played it on TV here tonight. Wow, it's been 16 years!
I remember when this movie came out, I was 19 and mesmerized by "Violet".
Such a beautiful girl, with a soft innocent look. Just my type.

My favorite part actually is the scene when she's on the rooftop playing the synthesizer and singing while the guy in the other apartment across the street is break-dancing to his hip-hop music. Those two songs combined sound so great!

Also that "romantically on the rooftop at night" seems so nice.

I liked it when it first came out, and I like it now (just watched it again tonight). I've always had a soft spot for romantic movies, and while this movie had some serious laughable moments and was a bit scattered, it still told a good story.

Piper and Aussie didn't have much of a connection, and Aussie was sort of a smart ass, but other than that Piper was a likeable character, though she was a bit spacey. That being said, I could compare her character to a list of girls I know, or have known, so she was a believable character.

The most unbelievable thing about the movie was her boyfriends apartment. For a kid that seemingly didn't make a lot, there is no way he could afford that open art studio apartment anywhere in NYC ... not even out in the edges of Queens and Brooklyn. I know. I've lived there.

I loved it, good movie and who doesn't like Piper!

The women were hot looking, but it stank as a film. Yet watchable, definitely a guilty pleasure film. To be honest, a rare film that men would feel offended by their portrayal.
