Lines you find hilarious.....for some reason!!

This topic is to celebrate those lines which aren't necessarily written as gags but that make you chuckle every time.

I'll start with Bram from La Palabra (Season 6)

Josh corrects Bram on his use of "the" in front of "la" when discussing "La Palabra" and Bram hits back with (roughly)

"Well la endorsement is off and Garcia says la congressman knows why...."

Honest to God everytime that line makes me laugh!!

From memory too lazy to look up:

If I was in a room with Hitler, Osama bin Laden, and Toby, and had a gun with only two bullets in it, I would shoot Toby twice.

One of the funniest lines ever.

Your memory is exactly correct. The quote is indeed:

If I was in a room with Hitler, Osama bin Laden, and Toby, and had a gun with only two bullets in it, I would shoot Toby twice.

However, the speaker is Michael Scott (Steve Carell) speaking about Toby Flenderson (Paul Lieberstein), in The Office, Season 6, Episode 25, The Chump, which aired 13 May 2010.
