how the hell is this up in the top 250 man??

Wow I just LOVE this film. I think it's way better than the Godfather :P So in my opinion it definitely should be in TOP 250.

I know this post was a while ago, but still, shut up. This movie is in the Top 250 because not everybody think like you (yes, I know surprise). There are actually people in the world that likes this movie. Monsters, Inc. is a classic, man.

That summs it up pretty much. I just saw after some years for the second time and had to push my vote from 9 to 10 stars. The character building of mike, boo and especially sully, being animated characters, is just mind boggling. Of course you need some fantasy and most of all emphatiy to understand that. I'm glad there are enough people out there who have those attributes!
shareAGREE! In fact, I've just finished watching it again just now. I watched it the first time back in 2001 when it first came out. It's still an amazing movie even after so many years! Definitely one of my most favorite animated movies of all-time.

I'm 51, I still remember seeing this movie first time, I still remember the feeling somewhere deep in my brain... so, it's deserve to be there... in my opinion (not necessary for everyone) :)

The Toy Story trilogy and Up are my favourite Pixar films but love this too. I can't believe how many disagreements or how many people are overreacting about whom likes which film better. They're all pretty good along with The Incredibles. Opinions are subjective, not facts on what is better.

its a great movie, but its probably because its pixar. sometimes people can be bias, if it was made by dreamworks it wouldn't have gotten nearly as high a rating on rotten tomatoes.
