How long was Boo gone?

One night? Two?

reply

Just 1 night and a day.

reply

A day?! Don't her parents freak or something? How the hell is her room so peaceful through all the hassle? Why the hell is her room door still shut?

reply

Who's to say the door hasn't been opned and shut in the meanwhile? In fact, her absence likely WAS noticed, and her parents will freak out all over again when they find her there the next morning.

Supermodels...spoiled stupid little stick figures mit poofy lips who sink only about zemselves.

reply

Maybe human time is different than monster time, so they didn't notice she was gone?

That's what I thought because there's never any mention about getting her home in time, or her parents missing her or being worried.

reply

like in narnia. that was my assumption

reply

Yeah thats my theory too

reply

Agree its my theory too

reply

Her parents were never seen or even mentioned in the movie, so we don't know anything about that.

reply

I say it's like that Star Trek episode City on the Edge of Forever, whete they pass through the time portal and right back to the crew, but to Kir and Spock, they were gone over a few days. So yeah, Boo probably just came and went in regular time.

reply

I don't think she was gone one day or 2. She was only gone a few hours. In the monster world time moves slower than in human world.
Think of the movie Little Monsters. When you enter the other world times goes slow and when u return to your life/world it's back to when u left it.
