random scenes that you like

I'm rewatching this and I'm at the episode where Faith is in a diner that's about to get robbed and she picks up on it before it happens and saves the day.

The bad guy had an MO, he'd get into the bathroom of the diner and then he'd start shooting, but here, when the bad guy comes out the bathroom with a shotgun in his hand she's already behind him with the pistol at his head...
I got goosebumps hahaha, love that scene! :)))))))

Any Bosco scene is my favorite, he's so crass! He and Faith had such good chemistry, Bosco's story was a great message that no matter how you screw up you have to keep going and keep living through it all, and Faith's story really complimented Bosco's about how you can forgive others, because no one is perfect, and she was a strong female character that wasn't the typical female tv stereotype.

One of my favorite scenes was with Bosco, Faith, Doc and Carlos, the paramedics were bandaging a wounded person and Bosco was looking for witnesses in the crowd he's suddenly harassed by a one armed man where the man tries to hit him with his stump Bosco handcuffs his one arm but then can't figure out what to do with the other cuff, so he cuffs him to his ankle, he turns back to talk to Faith and the man starts to shuffle off and Faith says "it looks like you got yourself a foot pursuit" to which Bosco replies "suspect claims to be armed" and Faith says "well he's half right." That's one of the things I loved about this show and especially Bosco, they pulled no punches when it came to inappropriate jokes and messages about race, sex, religion, politics, and basic human nature, in fact they stressed these things many times to make a point, entertain, you name it. The funniest jokes are often the ones that push boundaries.

Another of my favorites is the hospital shoot out scene, it was so intense and wasn't your typical shoutout where people pick a safe point and pop around the cinder and shoot, there was running and sliding and hand to hand combat that I thought was very realistic and gritty, many near misses and some peoe got totally messed up. I especially liked the acting in that entire episode, very moving and realistic fear and reactions on their faces, it was the most intense scene I've ever had the pleasure of watching on tv, I can't think of any other episode of any show that even comes close, with the exception of ER when Noah Wylie and the other Dr got stabbed and parts of The Walking Dead and Game of Thrones, but never those many events all packed into 1 episode. It blew my mind.

Another one I like is when Doc and Carlos are intentionally excessively overtreating some stiff in a suit because he was involved in a fender bender and he wanted to milk it into an insurance claim, complaining of a head injury. Bosco arrives to take the report and Carlos tells him "he's got rectal cranial inversion". Bosco asks what that means and he says "he's got his head up his ass". He says he has to treat him and take him to the hospital so they are going to give him "the best treatment possible" and make sure the hospital does the same. Bosco reacts "paramedic street justice, who knew". Doc then asks for another roll of gauze tape and Carlos tosses him one, then Bosco does the same and says "here, use another one".

the scene where nickelback is playing, when faith is on the roof just having shot a guy while he was handcuffed...

I like the "rectal cranial inversion" scene where Doc and Carlos are intentionally utilizing 'paramedic street justice' at a MVC when the pt is trying to fake injuries to make an insurance claim.

im binge watching the show atm and i have to say there are way to many good scenes to write up.

one of my favorites is the one where faiths daughter starts asking her how many people she has killed. and it takes her the whole episode to decide what she is going to give her as an answer, but finally she just ends up telling the truth.

but as stated there are so many more :) this was one of my favorite shows ever.

oh just remembered another one. where some guy almost drives faith off the road and she gives chase even though her sergeant starts telling her to back off she follows him into the garage until he just drives off the top floor. i wasn't expecting that result :P

When Bosco's RMP gets stolen- hands down favorite scene of any first responder show!

(And also any scene with Bobby, especially scenes with Bobby interacting with Joey)

"Clear Eyes, Full Hearts, Can't Lose."

My favorite random scene was the one where Bobby and Kim pulled their rig up to a gas pump and while Kim was inside getting them some soft drinks, 2 women pulled up in a car and one of them flirtingly but silently enticed Bobby to dance with her. It was so cute to see Bobby having a little fun. Every time I hear "Love and Happiness" by Al Green, I instantly picture that scene.

I really miss this show and dearly wish that whatever the legal or logistal problems are, they'd just settle them and put this show on TV somewhere. And while they're at it, do the same with "Sisters" and "ER".
