Did Blade 3 Ruin The Blade Franchise ?

You have 2 great epic movies in Blade 1 and Blade 2

then the 3rd comes along, and completely screws everything up
I mean,B3 contradicts the 2nd,in saying that Reapers were not a mutation, but are original vampires, the reapers were interesting, becuase the Vampires had a new enemy, they should have kept them around, not just rip them off like that and leave them out,and it was just a cheesey movie, and last but not least,Triple H was in it,you know a movie is going to suck that a wrestler is in(with the exception of some of the Rocks movies),and the Drake charachter was also stupid,I cant believe that Wesley Snipes even wanted to be apart of the abomination that is Blade 3,its obvios that they didnt take the movie seriosly, and it ticks me off, cuase Blade could have been one of the better trilogies of all time, but now its not,Blade 3 has to be one of the worst 3rd movies of all time, and one of the worst movies all time period,I wish they didnt call it Blade 3,they should have called it "POS 3"!!!

now I can only enjoy the first 2,if I forget the 3rd one exists

so back to my question, did Blade 3,ruin the Blade movies ?

My real gripes with Blade: Trinity are mainly its cheap-o look as it was filmed in Canada...blatantly, and mostly during daylight which generally vampire based films arent, even if Drake was able to walk in sunlight, just a bad move. Also, Ryan Reynolds brought nothing to the film but his typical 'Ryan Reynolds smartass bullsh!t'. I didnt mind Jessica Biel so much. Also the villains were horrible, Parker Posey isnt threatening, shes more minion-type ditto for her Daniel Craig lookin brother.

When there's no more room in Hollywood, remakes shall walk the Earth.

Definitely, I wish David Goyer stuck with the original idea he had of having a Mad Max kind of world where vampires had taken over like in the Terminator and Plant of the Apes. THAT would've been far more better than the actual film we got.

I have an unbelievably long ignore list.

Yes, it was awful, worse than both Spider-Man 3 and X-Men: The Last Stand. I did like Parker Posey, Triple H and Natasha whatshername for what they were worth. Kris phoned it in and Snipes had a few moments. The action was fun but generic, lacked the character of the 1st 2 that had both originality and imagination. The fan edit Blade III: Behead the King Edition salvages what was watchable about the movie without making it feel empty. Reynolds crap humor is almost completely removed. Movie is cut to about 80 m, worth seeking out.

YUP! It did! BIG TIME!
And then someone forgot to pay taxes;-)

Worst III ever (my humble opinion)

Even T3 and Alien 3's better(long cut)

Oh this film definitely ruined the franchise. For me the only good part was Ryan Reynolds, his character, his back story, and his humor. Everything else from the villain (weak and forgettable) to Jessica Biel (why the heck was she shoehorned in?) and even Blade himself was horrible.
