They're going to have to address Rickman's loss sometime. Personally I feel it would be better if it was sooner than later.

Tim Allen is far too old to be a starship captain, and Alan Rickman is long dead. Sometimes it's just best to let certain things pass.

They can and they will.

When did movie people ever listen to the public on such things? Your opinion does not matter to them. Never has.

They will make it and lots of people will watch it. It may not be a hit, but the money men will make money off it, as they always do.

Whether they like it or not is immaterial. They will sell it to the public and market the shit out of it.
