Hold your tongue, man! They've made enough pointless remakes already!
Assuming facts not in evidence, and that is directed to the OP, not to my friend Mina, with whom, as seems to be always, I agree.
So are you opposing the idea of remaking Galaxy Quest or to the fac.. er, my opinion that Star Trek franchise is ruined?
Both.
I'd rather they try and get Star Trek back on track rather than mess with the classic one-time-wonder that was Galaxy Quest.
But messing with classics is what they do best.
