Police Story rip-off!!!

Both Bad Boys 1 & 2 rip off Police Story:

- Tea Leoni's character escapes the bad guys by jumping into a pool, just like Brigette Lin in Police Story.

- Martin has to protect the beautiful witness from multiple attempts at her life by bad guys, all the while hiding it from his girlfriend/wife, just like Jackie Chan did in Police Story.

- Martin juggles phone calls with his wife and another caller, another shot-for-shot rip of Police Story.

- The finale of Bad Boys 2 is practically a shot-for-shot rip-off of Police Story's classic down hill shantytown chase. It looks identical! Even the shantytown looks identical. BTW, if you happen to own a DVD copy of this movie, does Bay or any of his crew members own up to ripping Police Story?
