This movie is supposed to be over-the-top, violent, vulgar, and crass for 2 1/2 hours!!! If that stuff bothers you, then you had no business watching this in the first place. It's a cult classic and deserves a much higher rating!!!!

I definitely agree that it deserves a higher rating. Im not sure if Bad Boys 2 will become a definite cult classic, but I think it will gather more appreciation. Its just so awesome and engaging and fun as hell to watch. Whether it actually gains the title of cult is still undetermined, its still had to endure hate and disliking that wasnt deserved.

This is one of my favorite movies of all time but we are in the minority. I've never understood the hate for this film or for Michael Bay.
I thought it was a mostly enjoyable action film, a 7/10 from me.
