When the dude who they wanted to get the 200k from told her he was a politically neutral TV news journalists, she knew he was he was telling a lie. :)
shareThey weren't exactly on the up and up themselves. Did they ever actually let anyone go? He (Olivier Mathot's character) was still there for them to sick on Gina and he had already given them names and money.
Though when it's all said and done, not sure there really are any good guys. I guess Inspector Tanner and Sun/Sam.
